Choosing a website: landing page, corporate site or online store?

Choose your website format around your customer's needs. More pages do not automatically make a website more useful.
When do you need a landing page?
A single service, product or campaign with one clear action: enquire, book or get in touch. Include your offer, benefits, terms, evidence and a convenient way to contact you.
When do you need a corporate website?
Multiple services, different audiences, company information and a portfolio call for a more detailed structure. Each service page should answer customer questions and connect clearly to contact details and relevant work.
When do you need an online store?
If customers choose products from a catalogue, categories, filters, product pages, a basket and checkout matter. Before development, agree on payments, delivery, stock handling and responsibility for catalogue updates.
What should the brief cover?
Specify languages, structure, copy, assets, integrations, timelines and support. Test the mobile experience and enquiry delivery. Discuss domain registration, hosting and ongoing maintenance before agreeing on a project estimate.
